Everyday we are bombarded with negativity. In every form of media that we now have, its negative news. We can not help but see it, hear it and feel it.
This slowly chips away our belief. Our belief in people, in fairness, in ethics and ourselves.
We have the ability to achieve everything we want. We have the ability to become the best authentic self that we can. First we need to shelter ourselves from all the negativity out there and build our belief back up.
